ERASMUS CHARTER

Our hotel and tourism school holds the extended Erasmus University Charter for the 2010-2013 period of time. This Charter will allow Higher National Diploma students and staff to be given funding for their mobility activities within the European Union, whether for study or training periods as well as for work placements.

QUALIFICATION ROUTES

	First diploma for vocational training, NVQ1-2 : - in cooking / catering - in services (under progress) This is a two-year syllabus safter ninth grade.
	Technical school certificate, NVQ2 : - in catering and hospitality From September 2011, this training will no longer be offered.
	National Vocational qualification level 3, NVQ3 in coking / catering From September 2011 onwards this training will be a three-year syllabus.
	BTEC in catering and hospitality, NVQ3 After ninth grade, this is a three-year syllabus at the technology school before taking the BTEC
	Specialised certificates All of the application forms for the specialised certificates are available at school : Certificate in wine waiting Certificate in bartending Certificate in restaurant patisserie and confectionery Certificate in healthy cooking Certificate in front office / reception Certificate in commercial catering Certificate in event organisation Certificate in "Housekeeping Training Management" for hotel and hospital departments" Download the information available about the specialised certificates by clicking HERE.
