  ERASMUS CHARTER
Our hotel and tourism school holds the extended Erasmus University Charter for the 2010-2013 period of time. This Charter will allow Higher National Diploma students and staff to be given funding for their mobility activities within the European Union, whether for study or training periods as well as for work placements.

  • First diploma for vocational training, NVQ1-2 :
    - in cooking / catering
    - in services (under progress)
    This is a two-year syllabus safter ninth grade.
 
  • Technical school certificate, NVQ2 :
    - in catering and hospitality
    From September 2011, this training will no longer be offered.
 
  • National Vocational qualification level 3, NVQ3 in coking / catering
    From September 2011 onwards this training will be a three-year syllabus.
 
 
  • Specialised certificates
